Personal Power Profile - On line Version - $4.90 An instrument to measure an individual's stage of personal power. This profile follows the ideas and behaviors described in Janet Hagberg's book Real Power: Stages of Personal Power in Organizations. The book describes six progressive stages of personal power: Powerlessness, Power by Association, Power by Achievement, Power by Reflection, Power by Purpose and Power by Wisdom. The authors designed this profile: 1) to provide individual insights on stages of personal power, 2) as a preparatory tool for courses in leadership, power and management, 3) as a discussion tool between managers and employees, and 4) as an assessment tool in the course of personal renewal.
