OUR EVOLUTION

Janet Hagberg and Terry Donovan formed a partnership dedicated to producing unique and low cost standardized instruments which measure different elements of personal development. From a serendipitous meeting in 1990, the partnership blends Janet's talents for observing the human condition and writing insightful books about what she sees with Terry's talents for test construction, research and sales. In keeping with their personal values, they donate 5% of sales to charitable organizations which they support. Janet's book, "The Inventurers", which was about career development, prompted the partnership to produce The Learning Styles Inventory which measures individual learning styles. Her book "Real Power: Stages of Personal Power In Organizations" stimulated the production of the Personal Power Profile to help people understand and harness their power in organizations. The Spiritual Life Inventory is a tool which complements and enhances the content of the "Critical Journey" a book on the stages of spiritual development. They developed leader's guides for group uses of the Learning Styles Inventory as a natural evolution of the public's interest in their work.
